Amy Brunges has worked in property management since 2008 and has been with Lockhart Management & Consulting since 2017. Brunges has a unique role within Lockhart Management & Consulting: she’s the property manager for a complex in Grandville, the co-manager for a complex in Zeeland, as well as the supervisor of five properties spanning three Southwest Michigan counties including Kent, Ottawa, and Barry.
Not only does Brunges have the day-to-day tasks of being a property manager, but she also has additional responsibilities as a property supervisor including staff supervision, preparation for Management and Occupancy Reviews for all five properties, helping properties prepare for REAC and HUD inspections, submitting vouchers for payments on a monthly basis, as well as hiring and training new staff. She recently secured two Resident Services Coordinators to better serve tenants within the communities she supervises.
Brunges is a Certified Occupancy Specialist and holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Grand Valley State University.
