Holly started with Lockhart in 2014 as the manager of New Village Park and Heather Gardens. She obtained her Real Estate Salesperson License in 2015 and is a graduate of Leadership Kalamazoo (2017). She currently handles all of the certifications for Sunset House, writes the budgets for New Village Park, Heather Gardens and Lodge House and makes sure the budget for Heather Gardens is submitted to MSHDA.
Holly approves the recertification files for New Village Park and Heather Gardens as well as handling the Management & Occupancy Review responses. She holds certifications from the National Center for Housing Management including Certified Occupancy Specialist, Tax Credit Specialist, Tax Credit Specialist – Advanced, and Certified Manager of Housing.
