Tina Fahey

Tina began her affordable housing career in the mid 1980’s as a part-time receptionist. Through the years, Tina became a Property Manager and then a Regional Manager. She finally found her niche working in the compliance component of affordable housing and began performing MOR’s around the state. For Lockhart Management and Consulting, Tina is reviewing annual and interim tenant recertification for various properties as well as continuing to stay up-to-date in the ever changing world of affordable housing.
