Lockhart Management & Consulting (LMC) is a professional residential and commercial property management firm based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The company was formed in 2013 by principals Lisa Willcutt and Alan Sylvester, colleagues and partners in property management for 20 years. Both Willcutt and Sylvester are Certified Property Managers®.
Their goal was to leverage decades of experience in all aspects of conventional property management and creative consulting for the benefit of individual owners, partnerships, and institutions. LMC maintains a primary focus on efficient management, maintenance, leasing, and operations for more than 1,000 units throughout Southwest and West Michigan. Properties include market rate, senior, affordable, and special needs residential housing, as well as commercial office and nonprofit properties.
The firm also provides consulting services that guide and support both nonprofit mission-driven and public-serving entities involved in housing. LMC has extensive experience and a strong track record in innovative and adaptive management of partnerships that include private companies, philanthropies, municipal governments, and state and Federal agencies.
