Human Resources & Account Administrator
Jackie Shirey has more than 36 years of experience in property management and is Lockhart Management and Consulting’s HR & account administrator. She began her career with Lockhart Mangement & Consulting in 2009 as a property manager.
Shirey has an active role in many facets within the company. She is responsible for keeping HR records, processing payroll, maintaining benefits for employees, and managing reports. She is also involved in assisting with affordable housing compliance for many properties.
As an HR and account administrator, Shirey provides orientation training for new employees as well as manages corporate office orders and employee uniforms. She also ensures that employees are on track with state licensing law requirements.
She holds an Associates Degree in Information Technology from Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
