Formerly utilized by the Arcus Foundation, the historic Arcus Depot, built in 1874, is a 15,000 square foot restored and adapted railway depot located in downtown Kalamazoo. In 2013, the Arcus Foundation gifted the building to the Kalamazoo Community Foundation. The building won a State of Michigan Historic Preservation Award after renovations were completed in 2003 and 2014.

Today, the Arcus Depot is still home to the Kalamazoo Community Foundation, where the focus is on mobilizing people, resources, and expertise to advance racial, social, and economic justice. The renovated depot includes shared spaces that encourage interaction and communication among the advocacy groups. It also contains a 1,500 square foot winter garden that provides a gathering space supplemented by a café in the renovated warehouse portion of the complex.
