Lodge House is the latest project to help the homeless crisis in the Kalamazoo area. At the same location as the former Knights Inn Motel, Lodge House features 60 furnished studio units. Renovations included the replacement of windows, doors, balcony railings, all interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, mechanical and electrical systems, as well as new landscaping and repaving the parking lot. High-speed internet is provided for each unit, and laundry is available on-site. The room adjacent to the office serves as a multi-purpose room for the community, such as on-site support services through Integrated Services of Kalamazoo.
